Protecting your health at IMHX 2022

Learn about our commitment to creating safe event environment for you.

IMHX  will be organised in accordance with Informa AllSecure, which represents a detailed set of measures developed with industry associations, event organisers and venues that ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are adhered to throughout your visit.

Maintaining the highest hygiene standard

Enhanced cleaning
IMHX will be subject to deep cleaning before, during, and after the event, where we will be working with the NEC to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

This includes continuous sanitisation throughout IMHX with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms, and food and beverage areas.

Personal hygiene
At IMHX you will find additional handwashing facilities and hand sanitising stations, encouraging all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

Plenty of space to socially-distance

Non-contact registration
This year, IMHX will operate a system that facilitates non-contact registration for participants, including the availability of online registration.

Physical contact
While we are starting to embrace a return to a more "normal" way of life, we do recognise that not everyone will be comfortable with physical contact. We ask that you are mindful of this and limit contact such as handshakes and embraces.

Physical distancing
IMHX will maintain a density of participants in line with local authority regulations and venue or other relevant guidance.

Food and beverage stations
We will be working closely with venue partners to employ the highest standard of food safety, minimising self-service buffets in favour of pre-packaged food options.

Keeping you safe

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
While masks are no longer mandatory in the UK, we will continue to monitor local government guidance and advice which currently encourages the use of one in busy situations.

First aid
At IMHX, you will have access to a qualified first aider and a separate quarantine area. Participants will be asked not to attend if they are feeling unwell.

Screening
We will follow relevant health authority guidance on screening participants. This may include checking the temperatures of everyone on entry, through thermal scanning or other screening processes.

Trace and contact
We will work with local authorities to trace and contact participants at our events, subject to local privacy regulations, in the instance we are notified of a positive COVID-19 test.

We can't wait to welcome you back safely to IMHX

Business is done best in-person, but we know that you may have some concerns about returning to a physical event experience.
