Addgards - Stand 5B16

Addgards will be exhibiting 2 exciting additions to their range; The CP400 and the Forklift Caddy (Stand 5B16)

The CP400 is an extension of Addgards range of high quality Column Protection for warehouses. The CP400 is a modular system designed to cater for column sizes over 400mm squared.

The Forklift caddy is designed to hold all the operatives essentials such as stationery, scanners, tape, phones and shrink wrap. There is also a smaller version suitable for Hand Pallet Trucks.

A-SAFE - Stand 5E35

A-SAFE, the global pioneer in workplace safety solutions, will be showcasing a host of its world-leading solutions at the show. This will include the exclusive launch of its new TrafficGate solution - designed to eliminate collisions and injuries within the workplace, the assisted lift gate withstands 14,000J of impact whilst securing working zones.

Combilift is exhibiting around 16 models across a number of stands, which range from small pedestrian stacker trucks to the Combi-SC Straddle Carrier which can lift loads of over 100t. Visitors can see new models such as the Combi-MR4 4-wheel electric powered multidirectional reach truck. This features Combilift’s new Dynamic 360° ™ steering, enabling seamless directional change while on the move.

The Combi-FSE 4-wheel, two-directional sideloader also incorporates innovative advanced technology with its patented Electronic Traction Control. This ensures optimum performance in all weather conditions, improved steering control for the operator, better truck turning radius and reduced tyre wear.

Craemer UK - Stand 5C40

As one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality Returnable Transit Packaging, Craemer UK will present its extensive portfolio at this year's IMHX (6-8 September), at the NEC, Birmingham, Stand 5C40.

Exhibits at ELOKON’s stand will include the ELOfleet cloud-based fleet management system. This can be used on mixed fleets and offers benefits such as optimised fleet size for reduced operational costs, significantly fewer truck-on-truck accidents and enhanced protection of the workforce.

Central document and battery management systems are new functionalities in the latest variant of this innovative product. ELOcate is a UWB radio-based Real-Time-Location-System (RTLS), which tracks and locates movements of people, forklifts and AGVs within the warehouse.

EnerSys Ltd - Stand B50

We will demonstrate our family of virtually maintenance-free NexSys® batteries and solutions. Our sustainable NexSys® iON Lithium-ion (Li-ion) and NexSys® PURE Thin Plate Pure Lead (TPPL) batteries are engineered to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs, while simultaneously reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and water consumption.

Goplasticpallets - Stand 5D70

Smart Euronorm is a range of sleek, modern smooth sided boxes, with strong reinforced bases optimised for ASRS applications. Goplasticpallets.com is excited to offer three sizes of the Smart Euronorm container – all with a footprint of 600mm (L) x 400mm (W) with three different heights: 220mm, 320mm, and 400mm. HAI Robotics - Stand 5C70

HAI Robotics is set to debut its telescopic Autonomous Case-handling Robot (ACR), called the HAIPICK A42T. The company has implemented over 500 projects worldwide with ACR technology and is now showcasing its new breakthrough technology for the first time at a show in the UK.

The A42T telescopic robot’s unique function is that it can pick and store payloads of 30kg up to 10 meters high. The HAIPICK ACR is equipped to handle both cartons and plastic totes of varying sizes, depending on client requirements.

Indigo Software - Stand 5F71

Indigo Software, a leading provider of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, will be highlighting the many benefits of replacing paper-based processes with automated systems in the warehouse on stand #5F71 at IMHX 2022. Paper based warehouse processes can cause shipping delays, the wrong products being picked and additional costs that are eating at company bottom lines.

Intelligent Energy - Stand 5C85

Intelligent Energy (IE) will be showcasing the full hydrogen MHE 'ecosystem' on their stand including their zero-emission IE-LIFT MHE fuel cell module for forklifts. They are proud to be joined by BMW Group with one of the IE-LIFT powered AGV’s from their Leipzig factory and FES GmbH with their battery replacement “H2 E-Pack” for materials handling equipment. H2 Core Systems will be displaying their modular solution for refuelling all hydrogen fuel cell powered MHE and AGVs, enabling visitors to envision how the whole system can be integrated into their facilities.

Itoh Denki - Stand 5C50

For IMHX, Itoh Denki (#5C50) will present its high performance diverter modules for conveying and sortation.

The MABS can be integrated into any type of conveyor system, and is powered by 24V DC technology with no pneumatics. It will be demonstrated in tandem with our acclaimed F-RAT NX compact 90° diverter and sorter module, which is again powered solely by 24V DC.

F-RAT NX is the only diverter of its type to transfer products at 90° on either side of the conveyor line without lifting the product between the entry and the exit, enabling smoother transfers and simpler conveyor design.

MiTEQ - Stand 5A73

MiTEQ will be demonstrating an Intelligent Cabinet solution, manufactured by Zebra Technology, and designed to improve the security of mobile device storage, automate device provisioning, and make it effortless for business leaders to keep track of device usage.

Zebra Intelligent Cabinets have been developed with over 15 years of experience, and offer a portfolio of both standardised modular and customised storage solutions, to enable optimum business continuity and efficiencies in warehouse, transportation, logistics, and retail operations.

Moffett - Stand 5E110

Showcasing our Moffett AS/R System at IMHX at stand 5E110, Moffett Automated Storage are showcasing for the first time our systems at an exhibition in the U.K.

With a number of live systems already operating in the region, in both ambient and cold storage, we are proud to be bringing our systems to warehouses around the U.K, providing more efficient and sustainable warehouse solutions. Visit our stand to see the system in operation, as we showcase a 5-level system with a picking tunnel. .

Ross Handling - Stand 5B55

Ross Handling will be exhibiting a new heavy duty jacking castor this year - the HJC2500. This new creation is capable of supporting 2.5 metric tonnes per unit.

Standing at over 80cm tall, this jack has an 80mm lift, 4-position directional lock, yellow Vulkollan Polyurethane wheels with a taper roller bore and double lip seals. The housing is finished in a bright, vibrant orange - not that a 50kg beast like this will need any help in catching the eye of all passers by!

TUGBOT - Stand 5G05

TUGBOT is a Portuguese company focused in the design and manufacture of AMRs (autonomous mobile robots) to automate intralogistics and material handling processes that use carts, trolleys or dollies.

At IMHX 2022 we will be launching TUGBOT 2, the world's only AMR that can pull any cart.

TUGBOT 2 is a safe and flexible AMR that solves a world problem in automating intralogistics processes as it is able to latch to nearly all types and shapes of carts with up to 600kg using its flexible range of mechanical grippers.

Wise Robotics - Stand 5E70

At our joint stand Wise Robotics will be showcasing our range of flexible warehouse robotics created in partnership with Hikrobot. This will include the newly launched CTU model with:

Smooth motion control: max. speed of 1.8m/s and supports moving forward, backward and rotation
Narrow vehicle body with height adjustment function: specially designed for extremely narrow passage for improving space utilization and warehouse storage capacity
Adopts work bin storage space and capable of carrying or moving single work bin for improving efficiency
Automatic loading and unloading: reduce manual work intensity and improve transportation efficiency

YPS - Stand 5B49

A trio of e-commerce solution providers are teaming up for IMHX with an industry-disrupting model, the FLEXO E-COM, part of the paper or plastic e-commerce range from YPS.

The all-in-one FFSM bagging machine with print and apply labelling capabilities combines the wrapping automation expertise of German machinery manufacturer Hugo Beck with Clearmark’s labelling technology. Designed to streamline e-commerce and mail order applications, the system delivers enhanced speed and efficiency as well as total accuracy for high-volume operations and is supplied exclusively in the UK by YPS.
