The conference agenda will be updated regularly in the runup to IMHX. In the unlikely event that there are any changes to the timing of your session, you will be notified at least a month before the event.
Transport
The NEC is clearly signposted from all nearby major routes including the M42, M40 and M6. To get to the NEC site, navigate to the postcode B40 1NT. Once onsite, follow the signage to the IMHX car park. After parking, you can use the free shuttle bus to get to the exhibition hall, or you can walk along the signposted footpaths.
The NEC is located a five-minute walk away from Birmingham International train station. Just follow the signs from within the station to the NEC, then follow the signs to IMHX. The journey from London Euston takes just over an hour; from Manchester, the journey takes two hours.

Visas
Please check whether yourself or your colleagues require a visa to enter the UK. To request a letter of participation to support your application please contact Bonnie Cliff.
Registration and Arrival
All speakers must register themselves in advance of the event. Please follow this link to register and keep an eye on your inbox for your confirmation email. This will contain a barcode that will allow you to collect your speaker badge at the entrance to the exhibition hall.
Please ensure you arrive at the conference theatre a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of your listed start time to allow for AV preparations and (if applicable) introductions to the panel moderator and fellow speakers.

If you are exclusively participating as a panellist or a moderator, you do not need to submit a presentation.
We request your presentation two weeks in advance of the event to ensure that technical checks can be performed and any necessary changes completed. Once your file is ready, email your presentation to Bonnie.Cliff@informa.com. Please bring a back-up copy on a USB drive on the day in case of unforeseen issues.
If you intend to use a video during your presentation, please ensure it is embedded within the file. Do not use links to video-hosting websites such as YouTube and Vimeo: since we cannot guarantee the internet speed needed to stream content, and your video may not load.
In addition to the checks made the week before IMHX, your presentation will be checked by the AV team before the show opens on the day of your session. We will notify you if there are any problems.
The week after the event, a PDF version of your presentation will be made available to download from the IMHX website. If you would prefer not to share your presentation, please notify us by 12th September 2025.
We will send you a recording of your conference session a few weeks after the event. Feel free to use this as you see fit.
AV Information
The conference theatre will contain:
- Speaker chairs on the stage, with water provided for each speaker
- On stage comfort monitor
- A clicker will be provided for you to change the slides
- 2x LED screens (2m x 3m)
- Each speaker will wear a lapel microphone, there will also be a microphone on the lectern, with a roaming mic for audience questions.
